Terms of Service

You must be at least 18, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas or data you aren't authorised to, or use automated means to scrape or place orders.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account, and for keeping your name, email, and shipping addresses accurate. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used fraudulently.

Every Mashidahoproduct is printed or made after you order it — we don't hold finished stock. That's why our order timeframe includes production time, and why it matters to get size and color right before you check out.

Colors on screen vary between devices, and because each item is made individually, small differences in print placement, shade, and fabric from one piece to the next are normal and not defects. Sizing information is provided as a guide; if you're between sizes, ask us before ordering.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email, and a contract is formed at that point. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item can no longer be made, if we suspect fraud, or if the quantity looks intended for resale — and if we do, you'll receive a full refund of anything charged.

Prices are in US dollars. We work to keep prices and descriptions accurate, but mistakes happen. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after confirming it. Sales tax is added where required, and shipping is charged as described in our shipping policy and shown at checkout before you pay.

Because production starts soon after you order, contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel. We'll do our best, but once an item has gone into production we may not be able to cancel it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method, and you authorise us to charge the total shown at checkout. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If you save a card for later, you can remove it at any time from your account.

• Gift cards can be used toward purchases on this site. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash except where the law requires it, and are not replaced if lost or used by someone else. A gift card does not expire unless an expiration date is shown when it is issued, and never sooner than the law allows.
• Store credit is issued at our discretion — for example, for a return — has no cash value, and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Discount codesapply as described with each code. Unless stated otherwise, they can't be combined, have no cash value, can't be applied to past orders, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes obtained or used in breach of their terms may be cancelled.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees; see our shipping policyfor carriers and current rates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll work with you and the carrier to put it right.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our returns policy. Refunds go back to the original payment method, or to store credit where that's the method you used. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

If you post a review or other content, you confirm it's your own honest opinion and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You keep ownership, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and adapt it in connection with the store and its promotion. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, off-topic, or unlawful.

The designs, artwork, photography, text, and logos on this site — including the Mashidaho name and our series names — belong to Mashidaho LLCor our partners and licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to reproduce its design. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy, reprint, or sell our designs.

Some products are made in collaboration with partner brands and are marked as such. They are sold by Mashidaho LLCunder these terms. Links to partner or social sites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms, and we're not responsible for their content.

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in this section removes warranties that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent the law allows, Mashidaho LLCis not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we incur because of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, including content you post.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems are resolved quickly that way, and we ask that you give us 30 days to try before taking formal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and either of us may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. We'll change the date above when we update them, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the whole agreement between us about your use of the site. You agree we may send notices and order communications to you electronically.
